We began 2025 with an exciting new chapter and a transformative leadership transition!

Michael Chalhoub steps in as Chief Executive Officer, driving forward-thinking initiatives and leading the Group’s growth, innovation, and global expansion, while Patrick Chalhoub transitions to Executive Chairman, ensuring the Group’s legacy, vision, and long-term strategic direction remain at the heart of its journey.

Together, they embody the balance of heritage and progress, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable growth and adaptability in an ever-evolving regional and global market.

Message from our CEO

This year is a special one for us—it’s been 70 years since my grandparents, Michel and Widad, opened their first Christofle shop in Damascus. When they started it, it wasn’t about building a family business—it was about taking care of their family. And that’s still our mission today, though now our Group is a little bit bigger—16,000 people.

Our 70th anniversary theme, "Symphony of the Future," speaks to the idea that each of us plays a vital role in shaping the next chapter—just like musicians in an orchestra. Together, we will honour our past, thrive in the present, and innovate for the future. Together, we will co-create the future of this amazing Group.

Our purpose is why we wake up every day. It’s why Michel, Widad, Anthony, and Patrick poured their hearts into this Group for the past 70 years. Building a future where luxury dreams become reality is what drives us and inspires us every single day.

Our vision is to be an international luxury brand builder, bridging cultures and inspiring dreams. Through the passion and excellence of our talent, setting the highest standards in operations, and embracing new technologies, we will continue to create unforgettable experiences for luxury consumers.

We can only make this vision a reality by putting our people at the center of everything we do. We'll keep inspiring, developing, and holding on to top talent through great leadership, constant learning, and preparing our future leaders for what's coming. We’ll also encourage mobility, promote agility, and use technology to make how we work smarter and more efficient.
