      FACES – Beauty Concept Store - is a leading beauty retailer in the Middle East with over 80 stores across 12 countries offering the best in fragrance, makeup and skincare from an array of international brands as well as a selection of niche local brands.

      We are ensuring our culture and physical spaces nurture a welcoming environment for People of Determination (PoD). In 2021, we inaugurated our People of Determination Development Programme to make all our spaces friendly to people with different abilities, and to welcome more PoD to frontline roles. We are assessing our stores for accessibility, placing PoD into frontline roles in flagship locations, training our leaders and Human Resources teams to be sensitive to PoD needs, actively seeking out PoD for employment, training PoD for growing their roles within our Group, and organizing employee engagement activities with PoD centres.

The synergy between the two has helped strengthen these partnerships. Further, the brands within our portfolio have successfully contributed towards accelerating growth and building a long-term, sustainable business.

Keeping this in mind, we have set up a dedicated investment arm to expand beyond our traditional frontiers and speed up our transformation. The investments made by this division go towards carefully selected and curated mergers and acquisitions. They also enable us to expand our reach into new emerging markets and engage with some of the most innovative digital business models to reach customers better.
