Repossi, the Place Vendome jewellery Maison perpetuates the eponymous family's creative legacy that has spanned over three generations. The Maison’s family jewellery tradition is inherited from the origins of the Maison, founded in Turin in 1957 by Constantino Repossi, who, after studying industrial design and discovering a strong taste for the Art Deco movement, opened his first boutique.
The story continued when his son Alberto garnered Repossi an international reputation when he settled in Monte Carlo in the late 1970s and became the official jeweler of the Monégasque crown.
From the glamour of Monaco in the 1980s to the elegance of the Parisian avant-garde when the Maison established itself on Place Vendôme in 1986, Repossi anchors itself in its time and continues to renew itself, constantly offering a new incarnation of jewellery creativity.
Gaia Repossi has since regenerated the Maison once again after taking the helm. The Repossi studio has continued to reinvent traditional jewellery codes, blending primitive inspirations with modern art and architecture to create bold designs intended to be worn as "Art à Porter”.
Renowned today as at the vanguard of the Place Vendome, its iconic collections play on subtle contrasts such as fullness and emptiness, as seen in Serti sur Vide, recognizable by its floating diamonds, Antifer with sharp peaks and angles, or Berbere, repetition of minimalist lines.
Repossi’s timeless creations with their bold and architectural lines push the boundaries of traditional craftsmanship techniques and position the Maison as the most avant-garde jewellery house on Place Vendôme.
